Our ongoing project is 'Dollars Colony' an area of 21.21 acre located in Guilal village of Hiriyur Taluk, Chitradurga District. The available dimension is of 30x40 and 30x50 but can be customizable to some extent depending upon the requirement of the customer and meeting our terms and conditions.

The place has been attracting many huge projects funded by the Government in recent years these include ISRO, DRDO, BARC, IISC. ISRO is setting up an Advanced R&D Center in SpaceCraft Technology. DRDO has set up an Aeronautical Test Range near Challakere. Baba Atomic Research Center (BARC) is setting up a Rare - Earth Facility & Uranium Enrichment Plant. IISC has also acquired 1500 acres of land to set up a talent development center which is to add schools, residential township, shopping complexes, and a residential township observatory at Kundapur, Challakere. The Science City at Challakere has an investment of over 10,000 crores in its initial phase.
Atria Power Corporation Limited is in a process of setting up a 25MW solar power plant. Chitradurga Steel and Power Private Limited are setting up a mini steel plant. Prakash Sponge Iron & Power Private Limited is setting up a gas-based power plant. VSI Steel is also planning to expand its industries at Hiriyur.
